Reference was Kyo's neck tattoo.
(The picture I used only showed like half of it, so I just finished the rest without something to look at.)
It seemed a bit lonely and unfinished. I started to scribble around and came up with those veins.
I think it looks quite okay. The skull on the left didn't come out well though.
